Willamette Chapter 306

When members login and you want to know immediately if something changes, such as if new pictures are added to the gallery or new events have been posted to the calendar, all you have to do is add an alert for the web part or sub site and an email will be sent to you notifying of the change.  Here's how; Click on the down arrow on your login name >> choose My Settings >> choose My Alerts >> choose Add Alert >> then from the list choose what you want to be alerted about and fill in the fields on how and when you will be alerted.
